Price Description
Under Section 7-A of H.P. Non-Biodegradable Garbage (Control) Act, 1995 various officers/ officials of various
Departments/ Boards/ Corporations of Government of Himachal Pradesh are authorized for entry and inspection
in the premises and compounding of banned SUPs.
The detail of quantity of prohibited items being seized and compounding amount is as below:-
